FALL SPORTS AT BOWDITCH:

We are excited to announce our upcoming tryout schedule for Girls Volleyball, Boys/Girls Flag Football, and Cross Country! Please review the details below carefully for your student’s grade level and sport.

Girls Volleyball Tryouts
Location: Bowditch New Gym

8th Grade (A & B Teams):
Date: Thursday, August 20th
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

6th Grade (A & B Teams):
Date: Friday, August 21st
Time: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

7th Grade (A & B Teams):
Date: Wednesday, August 26th
Time: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Flag Football Tryouts
Location: Foster City Elementary School (461 Beach Park Blvd) Park at the back of School on Polaris (Next to Edgewater Park)

Girls Flag Football (All Grades):
Dates: Monday, August 17th – Thursday, August 20th
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM daily

8th Grade Boys Flag Football:
Date: Tuesday, August 18th
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

7th Grade Boys Flag Football:
Date: Thursday, August 20th
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

6th Grade Boys Tryouts TBD - We have been unable to secure a coach for the 6th grade boys Flag Football Team. If you are interested, please contact Zak Barisione at zbarisione@smfcsd.net.
If we are unable to secure a coach will not be able to field a team.

Cross Country

August 25 3:30 pm Bowditch Lunch Area
The Cross Country orientation practice will be held on August 25th at the new lunch area. We still need parent volunteers to help Coach Russ Lee with practices and Meets. Our Cross Country team can be 70+ students.

Reminders for Athletes:
Please bring proper athletic attire, appropriate footwear/cleats, and a water bottle.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in.
Make sure all required athletic clearance forms are submitted.
